Kristallhütte.

The Hintertuxer glacier is world-famous as the training ground for a number of national ski teams. You can ski here 365 days a year, at a height of up to 3,250 metres. Lifts and hotels are of a high, international standard.

Schneekarhütte.

There are three Alpine huts in the Zillertal that impress with their culinary fare. The Schneekarhütte was the first. It serves top-class cuisine prepared from organic produce grown on its own farm down in the valley. However, it also offers overnight stays at a height of 2,278 metres.

Tuxer Fernerhaus.

At an altitude of 2,660 metres, the Tuxer Fernerhaus on the Hintertux Glacier in Zillertal valley offers now improved facilities for its guests. The popular restaurant has been newly renovated for the start of the 2013/2014 winter season, providing an inviting atmosphere and culinary delights for all winter sports enthusiasts.

Austria's second-most award winning restaurant is located in Fügenberg in the Zillertal. It is the 'Alexander' at the Hotel Lamark.
